Weiss LLP has been in operation (including its various predecessors) since 1981. The principal of the Firm is a seasoned attorney who has worked with national and local firms prior to launching his own firm in 2006. We are a boutique firm with most clientele being closely-held businesses and development companies. Some of our other clientele are nationally-recognized real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchisees and entrepreneurs in hospitality businesses, among others. We also have served as local counsel to two foreign governments.
